Cafés & food
Café and restaurant websites people actually use.
Hungry people want three things: is it open, what's on the menu, and how do I book or order. Answer those fast and you've got a customer.
A lot of food businesses run on Instagram and a PDF menu. That works until someone Googles "breakfast Devonport" at 8am, lands on a menu from last winter, and drives somewhere else.
I build café and restaurant sites around today's hours, a menu you can update in a minute, and one big button for whatever matters most to you: booking a table, ordering ahead, or getting directions.
What I build in
No more PDFs. Change a price or add a special from your phone and it's live straight away.
Including public holidays. Your Google listing matches too, so nobody turns up to a closed door.
Connect the system you already use, or I'll set up a simple one. One button, front and centre.
Your Instagram can feed straight onto the site, so the food photos stay current.
A page and enquiry form for bigger bookings, which is often where the real money is.
Built light so it loads quickly for someone standing on the footpath deciding where to eat.
Questions I get asked
Can you set up online ordering?
Yes. If you already use a system like Square or Me&u, I'll connect it. If you want your own online shop for orders, that's the Pro package.
Will the menu be easy to change?
That's the whole point. You get a simple editor on your phone. Change a price, mark something as sold out, add today's special.
We're only open part of the year. Is it worth it?
Even more so. A seasonal business needs people to find it quickly when it reopens. I can also add a sign-up so regulars hear when you're back.
