Clubs & community

Club websites that run themselves (mostly).

Sporting clubs, community groups and not-for-profits run on volunteers with no spare time. Your website should save committee hours, not create them.

I built the website for Himalaya Tasman FC, a football club I founded, so I know the drill. Registrations come in on paper, fixtures live in someone's group chat, and the website is updated by whoever still remembers the password.

A good club site puts registrations, fixtures and news in one place that any committee member can update, and makes your sponsors look good enough that they renew.

What I build in

Online registrations

Members sign up and pay online. No more chasing paper forms at training.

Fixtures and results

One place for the draw, scores and a ladder, updated in a couple of minutes after each round.

Sponsor showcase

Logos, links and a short write-up for every sponsor. Easy to show at renewal time.

News and photos

Match reports and photos the whole committee can post, with no tech knowledge needed.

Member-only area

Documents, minutes and team sheets behind a simple login, if you need it.

Volunteer friendly

Logins for each committee member, so the site doesn't depend on one person.

Questions I get asked

Do you offer a discount for clubs?

Yes. Registered not-for-profit clubs and community groups get a community rate on the build. Ask me about it on our first chat.

Can registrations take payments?

Yes. Members can pay online by card, and you see who's paid without a spreadsheet.

What happens when our committee changes?

You keep everything. I hand over logins to the new committee, and the care plan means someone's always looking after the site between AGMs.

Ready to say hello?

A free 15-minute chat, then a free homepage mockup. No obligation, no hard sell.
